Harvey
G. Froscheiser was born and raised in Lincoln, Nebraska. He graduated
from the University of Nebraska Lincoln in 1970 with both a Bachelor of
Arts degree in Political Science and his juris doctorate from the University
of Nebraska College of Law. After graduation he began working in private
practice.
LICENSES HELD:
Mr. Froscheiser has been licensed to practice law in the state of Nebraska
since 1970 and conducts trial work in both County and District Courts,
as well as the Nebraska Workers' Compensation Court. Mr. Froscheiser is
admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts and the Nebraska
State Courts.
SERVICES PROVIDED:
Harvey's practice of law has evolved into three major areas: Social Security
Disability law, Workers' Compensation, and estate planning and probate.
Harvey also does some work in the area of real estate.
ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIPS:
Harvey is a member of the Nebraska Bar Association. He is serving on the
Board of Directors for Liberty First Credit Union. In addition, Harvey
is currently a member of the United Transportation Union, where he is
a former local chairman of the grievance committee, as well as a former
secretary of that organization.
Harvey is active both in the business and railroad community
and is an avid golfer.
