Edward F. Hoffman was born in San Diego, California and
graduated from Pepperdine University in 1991 with a Bachelors of Arts
degree. He received his legal education at the University of Nebraska
College of Law in Nebraska and was awarded his law degree in 1997.
LICENSES HELD:
Mr. Hoffman was admitted to practice before the California Bar in 1997
and was admitted to the Nebraska Bar in April of 1998. Mr. Hoffman is
licensed to practice before the Eight Circuit Court of Appeals, U.S. District
Courts, Bankruptcy Courts and Nebraska state courts, including the Nebraska
Supreme Court, Nebraska Court of Appeals and all District and County Courts.
He practices in both state and federal court.
AREAS OF PRACTICE:
Mr. Hoffman focuses his legal practice in the areas of Health Care law,
Creditors Rights, Personal Injury, with limited work in the areas of Family
Law and Estate work. Mr. Hoffman's practice is divided between civil litigation
with an emphasis on plaintiff's representation and transactional work
representing health care providers including Medical Centers,
Hospitals, Physicians Groups and individual healthcare providers.

Mr. Hoffman is an active member of the Health Care Financial Management
Association (HFMA), the American Bar Association, the Nebraska State Bar
Association, the Lincoln Bar Association, the American Association for
Justice, the Nebraska Association of Trial Attorneys, and Rotary Club
14 (downtown Lincoln, Nebraska).
